How We Ship Your Products:

We ship via Australia Post or Couriers Please; delivery may take two-five business days to arrive. Delivery to remote and rural areas may take a further 1-2 days.

Shipping Charges:

All standard orders shipped within Australia are charged at:

1 to 5 packs $10.00

6 to 10 packs $15.00

Larger orders please contact us so we can calculate the additional shipping fee.


Delivery Address & Contact Details:

Please make sure that the delivery address and contact details you provide to us are correct. Some mail requires a signature on delivery; it is your responsibility to make sure an authorised person is present to receive the goods. After placing an order with us you will receive a confirmation email with the full details of your order. We will notify you by email when your payment is received and again when your order is dispatched.


Order Processing Time:

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 24 hours of the time of purchase or the first business day following the purchase if purchased on a holiday or weekend. A Actual Gluten Free consultant will contact you if an item is otherwise delayed. Actual Gluten Free may choose to alter these shipping restrictions at any time.


How To Return Your Order:

We want you to be completely satisfied with the products you purchase from us. But as they are food we are not able to accept returns. 



We begin processing orders immediately after they are placed to provide you with the fastest and best service possible. Orders cancelled after they have already been processed and packed for shipment are subject to a 10% Cancellation Fee. Once an order has been shipped, it can not be returned.


Refused Orders:

Should you refuse to accept a package upon delivery, we will not be able to refund the purchase.


Product Damaged in Shipment:

Incorrect Orders:

Items that are incorrect, damaged or missing must be reported to us by fax or email (Contact Us) within 24 hours of receiving the delivery. If you receive an incorrect order please do not open the retail packaging. If an attempt is made to use the incorrect item(s) it will be deemed as acceptance by the Customer of the item(s) as an adequate substitution for the original order and no further credit can be claimed. We own the title of any extra goods shipped with your order that have been incorrectly dispatched.
